Revenue Manager (m/f/d) Global Payments Solutions

In this role you will
  • Provide SME pricing and billing support for Germany, collaborate with in-country and regional teams to drive revenue uplift, reduce leakage, and resolve billing issues
  • Support the wider regional revenue management team on strategic initiatives, including system deployments
  • Contribute to design, implementation and operation of effective pricing and billing control framework
  • Coordinate proactive customer pricing and billing reviews and optimization activities to deliver accuracy, consistency, and simplification
  • Drive customer focused initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction across pricing and billing cycle and drive fair value outcomes
  • Monitor performance through the review of recurring variance reports and MI reports; conduct analysis and coordinate timely resolution of identified issues
  • Maintain procedure documentation and process guides to ensure compliance with established internal governance requirements

You should apply if you have
  • Experience in client management, product management, sales management, business transformation or operations and an understanding of pricing & billing systems
  • Analytical background and proven ability in data analysis and production of MI, including the ability to present data within the context of business activities
  • Ability to gather, analyse and interpret information in order to provide solutions that are commercially viable and sustainable
  • Commercially minded and focused on customer outcomes
  • Lateral thinker with strong analytical and good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across functions and locations
  • Experience of contribution to implementing change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
