Responsibilities:
- Engage with nominated online retailers and B2B channel partners to build quarterly co-marketing and communication plans, aligned with business objectives and KPIs
- Measure and report performance of online retailers and B2B channel partners marketing tactics, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - recommending actions to strengthen the objective and effectiveness of digital sales campaigns
- Amplify Lenovo-owned brand and end-user campaigns through the online retailers and B2B channel partners
- Manage and own retailer co-marketing/MDF budgets and spend
- Work closely with retailer Account Manager to ensure delivery against sales & strategic account targets, and input into the strategic account plan.
- Manage the co-marketing execution, tracking, communication, management reporting, and delivery against KPIs
- Manage any relevant alliance-partner funding invested, and the approval, claim and PoE process.
- Budget responsibility including monitoring and control

- Profit – improve overall profitability of consumer and commercial businesses.
- Customer Satisfaction - deliver class leading customer experience.

Ideally 2-5 years practical marketing or product marketing / management experience in the technology and digital sector.
Essential attributes:
- Degree level or equivalent education in a marketing, or business discipline
- Trade marketing or Consumer and retail/etail marketing experience
- PC or Technology background
- Financial acumen and demonstrable budget management skills
- Strong commercial understanding, pricing strategies, profitability, and promotional mechanisms.
- Comfortable in front of alliance partners, customers, business partners, agencies and management
- Self-motivated and a pro-active mentality
- Energetic, implementation-driven and “can do” attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills: able to present ideas/strategies/products in a clear, concise, and convincing manner.
- Strong team working skills, but equally comfortable working individually.
- Strong negotiation skills, able to handle tough/robust discussions
- Can work well under pressure and looks to problem solve
