LANGUAGES:

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Windows, Office, Sharepoint.
  • CRM software.
  • MS Teams and other online meeting platforms.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generation of new business from identification of leads and business opportunities (within your region) to close within the established target customer parameters and following the company sales strategy for regions and services, using consultative selling. Tasks to include:

  • Identification and qualification of leads within target customer profile
  • Conduct research on leads and customers to gain insights and business intelligence
  • Mapping out accounts to ensure we build a relationship with all relevant contacts
  • Conduct discovery meetings
  • Identification/Generation of business opportunities with the qualified leads
  • Periodic contact with customers won to retain them and grow the account
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals and quotes
  • Report to Sales Management any quotes considered particularly important due to the type of project, customer, or the amount (> 10,000€)
  • Follow up of proposals and quotes
  • After a period of time, at the BDMs discretion, the quotes will be prepared by the assigned PM. But for large and/or complex projects: responsible for the communication with the customer to understand requests, establish scope, qualify the opportunity, and obtain the necessary information for the preparation of proposals/ quotes.
  • Point of contact between the customer and other departments of CPSL, together with PM
  • Promote good internal communication with Production and other internal departments to provide strong team representation and meet client expectationsIn the event of customer complaints, main point of contact with the client. Delivery of conclusions to the client which will have been prepared by Production/DTE/Quality

  • Collaboration with the Marketing department for content revision/input. Customisation of marketing content for specific clients as required.
  • Provide support on admin tasks such as following up POs and helping the Admin department with follow up payments in exceptional cases.
  • Recording of sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
  • Update customer details in the proprietary ERP.
  • Compliance with sales objectives and KPIs
  • Preparation of reports for Sales Management
  • Attendance to department meetings
  • Hold meetings with the BDM when acquiring any of their accounts
  • Participate in all relevant training provided by the company to be up to date with your rol

  • Comply with the applicable procedures and internal guidelines.
  • Provide suggestions and participate in the continuous improvement of the activities developed.
