International Product Manager (f/m/x) Life Science
Norderstedt (near Hamburg)
Be in charge of the product lifecycle management of *3rd party products within our Sysmex Life Science product portfolio, in the field of oncology with special focus on breast and colorectal cancers
Drive conceptual design, business plans and the implementation of product launches and market expansion in the EMEA region
Define marketing strategies, conduct market research, develop customer/market segmentation,
value proposition, positioning and associated sales/ marketing tools
Monitor and analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and closely collaborate with *3rd party suppliers to improve product features, specifications and requirements
Support our EMEA affiliates and distributors in achieving commercial targets, by collaborating with the Life Science Team for pre- and post-launch actions
Support/Collaborate with the Application Specialist in product demonstrations and trainings (all in a laboratory setting)
Ensure that product updates, complaint handling and post marketing surveillance are dealt with efficiently and effectively
Collaborate closely with shared services (Supply Chain Management, MarCom, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, Quality Management, Finance) to ensure a smooth business flow and expansion
Take responsibility for the marketing-related collaboration with *3rd party suppliers
Develop and conduct internal product and sales training
Represent our products at congresses and events in the EMEA region

Academic degree in international business, marketing, natural sciences, medical science or equivalent
More than 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on product marketing or sales
Knowledge in the field of healthcare, ideally laboratory diagnostic market (IVD) is a plus
Excellent command of English; knowledge of other European languages advantageous
Creative and innovative team player with a hands-on mindset and ability to handle complex situations with creativity and problem solving competency
Highly analytical, structured and proactive work style combined with the willingness to develop a new business field
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills
Willingness to travel in the EMEA region
