What You’ll Do:
- Own the customer journey – Provide top-tier pre- and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless Diagnocat experience.
- Strategize for success – Develop tailored implementation roadmaps for major clients to maximize AI adoption.
- Turn data into action – Analyze user activity, identify trends, and drive engagement with targeted strategies.
- Grow client relationships – Boost product usage, strengthen loyalty, and help customers unlock the full potential of Diagnocat.
- Be the voice of the customer – Gather feedback and collaborate with the development team to enhance our AI solutions.
- Reignite inactive users – Proactively engage and re-engage customers to optimize retention and satisfaction.
- Empower dental teams – Deliver impactful training sessions and foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Solve challenges with expertise – Handle technical and clinical inquiries with confidence and precision.
- Be the proactive partner clients need – Anticipate needs, provide solutions, and ensure Diagnocat remains an essential part of their workflow.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in German (C1+): Comfortable communicating with clients in German-speaking regions.
- Proficient in English (B1/B2+): Able to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
- Experienced in Customer Success: 3+ years in customer support, success, or account management (dental/healthcare is a plus!).
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Excited to work with AI-powered solutions and drive customer adoption.
- A Strong Communicator: Confident in engaging with clients at all levels, from dental teams to management.
- Proactive & Problem-Solver: You anticipate customer needs and find solutions before issues arise.
- Data-Driven & Organized: You effectively manage CRM systems, analyze trends, and optimize processes.
