TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • DOUGLAS is Europe’s leading omnichannel provider of premium beauty. Our goal is to develop innovative solutions that inspire customers with unique products and services. Building and expanding new business models play a key role in our growth strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop the Partner Program in line with the company strategy, such as the roll-out to further country markets or the introduction of new partner services.
  • Implement the Partner Program in new countries from a commercial perspective, including business case development, legal and contractual setup, and defining operational processes.
  • Define project goals and scope, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, work packages, and resource allocation.
  • Create presentations on project updates, performance, and decision-making materials for management.
  • Identify opportunities for Partner Program growth in various countries and execute measures with local E-Commerce & marketing teams, e.g., improving product data quality.
  • Take ownership of processes and performance monitoring in one or more countries, focusing on metrics such as e-commerce share, margin levels, and growth rates.
  • Act as an interface between e-commerce country teams and headquarters for all Partner Program topics, ensuring adherence to general processes.

YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in business, e-commerce, or retail.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, e.g., as a project manager or e-commerce manager in a B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Structured working style, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
