Germany is our newest market, and we started our operations here 2021 with a focus on the utility & energy sector. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ambition and skills to elevate our efforts and bring our message to life for our German target audiences. As our new Field Marketing Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the sales team in Germany, shaping local campaigns and activities to increase brand visibility, drive pipeline and sales.
Your Role and Impact
You’ll be a key member of our marketing department, closely collaborating with our German sales team to drive strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. You’re someone who enjoys being on the ground, taking initiatives and do multi-channel activities to promote our brand and product solutions. Together with our team in Sweden, you’ll implement central marketing campaigns in the German market while also customizing them for a local audience.
To maximize our reach, you’ll manage and lead your own projects, working with German sales managers on initiatives like partnerships, PR, campaigns, fairs & events, and webinars. You’ll connect with partners, engage customers and prospects, and create content that spans the customer journey—from brand awareness to customer advocacy. Your creativity and drive will help us engage audiences, support sales, and grow our business. Tracking local performance metrics and setting action plans will also be key to ensuring our goals are met.
Responsibilities
Drive Brand Awareness: Boost our presence among target audiences in Germany – specific within the utility industryLead Demand Generation: Work with the local sales team to manage pipeline growth, conduct ABM and local sales campaigns, keeping German website up-to-date
Develop Strategy: Shape and execute the local marketing strategy, overseeing budgets and resources
Expand Partnerships: Build networks and foster collaborative marketing activities with partners
Localize Group Initiatives: Implement group-wide marketing initiatives and campaigns for the German market
Measure Success: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, and local KPIs, making improvements as needed

Skills & Requirements
A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field would be great, but we’re more interested in your skills and drive to make a difference.
You bring at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech or SaaS companies. You’re known for your hands-on approach, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, and your ability to work effectively with both sales and marketing teams.
With a keen eye for new ideas and a proactive attitude, you know how to create buzz and impact. You’re a strategic thinker but also practical, and you’re not afraid to take action to bring ideas to life. Speed and adaptability come naturally to you, and you’re comfortable making decisions to move projects forward.

Languages: Proficiency in German and English (corporate language)
Networker: Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building
Digital Savvy: Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and events planning
Project Manager: Skilled in organizing, budgeting, and tracking results
Cross-functional Success: Proven ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Tech Tools: Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Wordpress (or other CMS)

Who will you be working with?
With a strong and dedicated marketing team at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and adapt it to our local markets with the help of a growing team of local field marketers in our European offices. You will join a team of 17 marketeers with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, web development, product marketing and more. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we share a passion for music and just having fun together.
