Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology Analysers

Location

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Your responsibilities

• Take product responsibility for the 5-part differential haematology analysers for both, human and veterinary samples

• Provide competent application support and service request handling for our affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region, product-related communication with our Japanese headquarter as well as product documentation for internal and external use

• Perform data analysis of measurement results

• Support and enhance the veterinary haematology product portfolio and the corresponding software solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle including software-related test process

• As team player collaborate closely with other departments such as technical product management, marketing, supply chain management, scientific departments and regulatory affairs

• Support our affiliates and distributors with product trainings

Your profile

• You have a degree as Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics, Medical Technologist for Veterinary Medicine or an academic background in natural, veterinary or medical sciences

• Interest in haematology and especially in veterinary medicine is a Must

• You have perseverance as well as a proactive and structured work style

• You show enthusiasm for technical and software questions, experimenting with new features and testing customer scenarios on software level

• Effective communication, presentation and teaching skills

• You have a very good English and good Excel skills for data analysis

• Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures and understanding of working processes in medical laboratories are a plus
