Your tasks:
Monitor market needs and evolutions:
  • Gather and share market demands, pain points and trends
  • Understand and monitor data transmission and automation technologies evolution
  • Analyse and validate that market demand is a real need that customers will be willing to pay for
  • Track competitive and alternative offerings in the market and assess their strengths and weaknesses
Define and deploy global product strategy:
  • Define global marketing mix (target applications / countries for existing range to route requests to the right CoE)
  • Define the global product roadmap by proposing, prioritizing and validating new product developments with key internal stakeholders
  • Analyse portfolio overlaps and lead the product consolidation process
  • Ensure proper product end-of-life (phase-out, recycling)
  • Provide product specifications and build a business case for new product lines or products for which a CoE has yet to be defined
  • Validate product specifications and business cases for product developments
  • Propose and support product localizations and implementation of regional hubs
  • Support the definition of recommended market prices
  • Define mid-term plan (MTP)
  • Analyse product financial development (profitability & revenue)
Support global sales growth:
  • Plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of global and regional product launches
  • Develop content and campaigns to increase market awareness and drive more prospects down the funnel
  • Ensure required sales means are provided to the sales network to promote the product portfolio
  • Support sales teams during customer visits and events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars, etc.)
Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, project management, or similar. A master’s degree is preferred
  • Experience in communication technologies.
  • Proven experience as a product manager in the industrial sector
  • Proficiency in the most popular product management tools and processes
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams, as well as senior management
  • Solid experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results even in challenging situations
  • Critical and strategic thinking
