Are you a driven and experienced professional ready to take on an exciting role in product innovation? We are looking for a Global Product Manager to lead the development and execution of data-driven services for Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) across global markets. This includes IAS technologies such as dispensing, vision solutions, self-pierce riveting, and flow-drill fastening.


In this role, you will drive innovation by translating business objectives and customer needs into scalable product strategies that utilize advanced analytics and data solutions. You will ultimately deliver maximum value to customers and stakeholders by collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams to enhance the product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver world-class solutions.


This role reports to the VP of Marketing SAS and is based in Bretten, Germany.


What You’ll Do:

As our Global Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven services including integration of data solutions with existing products and platform
  • Collaborate with the IAS team to enhance the development of data-driven solutions that effectively address the requirements of the IAS customer base.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.
  • Prioritize features, use cases, and product improvement based on ROI, customer impact, and strategic fit
  • Act as the main point of contact for global markets, gathering feedback and aligning local needs with global strategies
  • Monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics to continuously improve the product performance
  • Develop attractive marketing materials, technical information, and product guidelines, ensuring that all information is clear and easy to access.

What You Bring:

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing or sales, preferably in data-driven services and software.
  • A strong technical foundation paired with business acumen.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Outgoing individual who is a natural team player, eager to learn and collaborate with different teams and cultures within Atlas Copco. Strong Customer orientation and understanding of a success factor in this role, together with the ability to drive change and support the evolution of the SAS business line to achieve its full potential.
  • Comprehensive financial knowledge and experience with business models and value proposition development.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in Marketing and a clear capability to combine technical knowledge with business opportunities.
