We are seeking an experienced Security Team Manager for a premium client in Frankfurt. The Security Team Manager (STM) serves as the daily manager of a security team consisting of administrative officers, supervisors, and other security personnel at one or more of the client's data centers.

The STM is responsible for building a cohesive and high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), the STM works side by side with Data Center Operations teams to ensure a secure environment. Additional tasks may include customer service and issue resolution, service improvement, maintenance of Security Operations Center (SOC) systems, audit compliance, system monitoring, record-keeping, and managing access rights.

• Fulltime

• Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures
• Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility
• Acts as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff
• Maintains and troubleshoots on-site security technology
• Recommends corrective actions for security staff to the campus security manager
• Assists with the delivery of counseling and corrective action as directed by the campus security manager
• Assists with site equipment inspections, and audit compliance
• Conducts recalling audits, prepares, and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team
• Maintains required security documentation, ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the campus security manager is unavailable

• An associate degree in a relevant field is required, such as a Bachelor in Protection and Security or a Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
• Associate degree in relevant field
• Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with staff supervision
• The §34a certification is required
