What you will do
- Track environmental, health & safety (EHS) data from our manufacturing sites in Europe and Asia and non-manufacturing locations arround the globe.
- Random check of the accuracy of the data
- Ensure that the necessary evidence of the data is available so that the data can be checked by third parties (e.g. according to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD, taxonomy requirements).
- Visualization of data and creation of quarterly reports.
- Derivation of goals and measures for continuous improvement of the EHS management system.
- Provide benchmark assessments
- Provide trainings for data collectors
- Prepare Management summary and basis for decision-making
- Cooperation with all Nexperia Sites (global network)
What you will need
- Masters Degree in the field of engineering, ideally related to EHS or sustainability and ideally with an understanding of production processes
- Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in EHS, experience in the semiconductor industry would be an advantage
- Experience with management system standards (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Goal oriented, independent and structured way of working with high quality standards and strong collaborative mindset
- Experience with change/transformation management and integrating of various stakeholders from different hierarchical levels and external partners
- Empathy, strong persuasion and communication expertise, coupled with intercultural and networking skills
- High level of team competence and reliability
- Flexibility and willingness to learn continuously
- Proficient in English; German and/or Chinese language skills is an advantage
- International experience is desirable
