We apply artificial intelligence to improve pathologists‘ ability to identify cancer quickly and accurately. Our AI solution is the first to be used in clinical histopathology routine for primary diagnostics in the USA. We solve one of the most pressing challenges in modern healthcare: Demands for medical image analysis are increasing rapidly, but the number of cancer experts remains stagnant. We build support tools for visual diagnosis using state-of-the-art deep learning. Our tools help cancer experts deliver reliable diagnoses and focus on areas where human expertise is indispensable. As a Clinical Diagnostic Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of Pathology Laboratories and Pharma Companies that use our AI Products by providing exceptional support and fostering strong relationships. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.


Your tasks:

  • Take full ownership for projects and client relationships with Pharma and Laboratory clients

  • Gain a deep understanding of the use cases and applications of our AI software products

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pathologists, lab managers, and IT professionals

  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support to ensure effective use of our AI-powered pathology solutions

  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty

  • Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and initiatives


Your profile

  • You want to revolutionize cancer diagnostics and identify 100% with our Mission: To enable better patient outcomes through the use of world-class AI

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management); advanced degree preferred

  • Strong interest in the healthcare/pathology industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
