Project Manager (f/m/x) – Healthcare Software Solutions
Norderstedt (near Hamburg)
As Project Manager (f/m/x) in our Digital Lab Solutions Division you will lead software development projects to ensure new software versions are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and regulatory standards.
Manage and coordinate the entire software delivery process
Plan and control software development projects from version scoping to market release
Collaborate closely with product owners on new software releases as part of the product lifecycle
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations
Identify and manage project risks and development of risk mitigation strategies
Monitor and report on project progress in terms of quality, costs, timelines, and other KPIs
Develop and execute comprehensive deployment strategies that align with company objectives, and ensure successful roll-out of new software versions across multiple regions
Act as key facilitator between the development team and operations to facilitate smooth updates and integrations, and to ensure that all teams are aligned on deployment timelines and objectives
Maintain regular communication and alignment with internal and external project stakeholders

Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in development and deployment of software products in healthcare
Proven experience in state-of-the-art methods (Agile, Lean, CI/CD, DevOps) and corresponding tools
Excellent organisational skills and strong time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to keep a clear head in stressful situations
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation
