Implementation Manager (f/m/x) Blended & Adaptive Learning

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and efficient usage of blended & adaptive learning technologies in the field of customer training.

  • Close consultation of EMEA affiliates to individually analyse existing training workflows and strategies for all local customer training programs in our EMEA region.

  • Identify training needs of our customers and affiliates to collaboratively design specific customer training solutions based on new ways of learning.

  • Consult and guide affiliates through the complete implementation cycle and drive the change to blended & adaptive learning.

  • Collaboration with stakeholders of different functions to shape and improve learning technologies and inhouse digital training production.

  • Evaluate effectiveness and impact of new learning methods to deliver more engaging, learner centric, efficient, and sustainable customer training allover EMEA.

  • Be our ambassador for adaptive learning and keep abreast of latest trends and advancements in educational technology.

Your profile

  • Deep experience in customer training programs and modern learning technology
  • Deep understanding of customer training processes and experience in their optimization.
  • Proven experience in implementing educational technologies or innovative learning strategies.
  • Experience in change management in the field of digital training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proficiency to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse implementation projects teams and consult our stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of IVD market / tenders / sales process is a plus.
  • Creative and innovative team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to handle complex scenarios with creativity and competency
  • Profound knowledge of English, written and spokenWillingness to travel in the EMEA region.
