Job Description:

Mandatory Requirements:

1. German Proficiency - C1 and above

2. Experience between 7 - 12 Years

3. Essential Skill - Jira, XSLT, Eclipse RCP,

4. Basic understanding of - C++, Java & .NET

5. Location: Onsite only, hybrid working model, 1-2 days in office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in project management within the IT product and services domain.
• Manage and lead a team of developers and professionals, ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
• Implement and oversee SHI (Sozialversicherung Health Insurance) processes in alignment with assessment guidelines and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with MD Niedersachsen/MD Bremen to understand project requirements, set objectives, and ensure project alignment with company goals.
• Maintain & ensure product development & enhancement SLAs & KPI, rules creation
• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency within the team, driving continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.
• Required to handle team working on, hence familiarity with- XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations), German Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG), Eclipse RCP (Rich Client Platform).
• Manage team deploying product enhancements in following technologies- Experience in handling projects is these technologies is Required- .NET, C#, SQL-Server, Java, Ember, Java-Backend, Java
