Global Product Manager Prosthetics

As a Global Product Manager Prosthetics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our prosthetic portfolio strategy within the dental implant market. Operating in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, you will drive the development, launch, and growth of innovative products while managing the seamless phase-out of legacy products.

You will steer cutting-edge innovation, envisioning future advancements that redefine dental prosthetics. By staying ahead of market trends and customer needs, your projects will simplify workflows for dental technicians, enhance precision, and set new benchmarks in digital prosthetic solutions.
Collaborating with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and R&D teams, you will identify and capitalize on business opportunities. With a focus on digital workflows and advanced prosthetic solutions, you will act as a product champion, ensuring customer-centric strategies that deliver clinical excellence and global commercial success. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, and operational ownership to strengthen our leadership in multi-platform dental prosthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Documentation: Maintain product documentation aligned with regulatory standards and internal workflows.
• Global Launch Readiness: Oversee global product launches, including regulatory approvals, availability, promotional materials, and launch readiness.
• Customer Insights: Gather and translate dental professionals’ needs into new product requirements to guide development.
• Content Development: Collaborate with MarCom and Training teams to create promotional materials and sales tools for digital and offline channels
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to provide data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Certified dental technician or engineering degree; business administration, marketing, or product management education is a plus.
  • Additional training in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM systems, or workflow solutions is desirable.
• Professional Experience:
  • 3+ years in dental labs, prosthetics, or engineering, with expertise in digital workflows and CAD/CAM technologies.
  • Proven experience in product or project management, preferably in dental or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, product documentation, and matrix organizations.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
