To drive the smart and sustainable energy future, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take a key role in shaping and executing our marketing and communications strategy across all our channels. If you’re passionate about digital B2B marketing and the energy transition, this is your chance to make a real impact.
In this role, no two days will be the same — you’ll have the unique opportunity to manage the full spectrum of marketing activities and make a real difference. You'll work closely with seasoned professionals, collaborating directly with our founder, and leadership team, all of whom bring a wealth of experience that you can learn from and grow with.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
  • Salary Range: €50.000 - 65.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
  • Office Work set up
  • Language Requirement: fluent in German and English
  • Location: Munich, Germany

Your Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., Website, LinkedIn, Email).
  • Organize and manage events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance our brand presence.
  • Support lead generation efforts and strengthen customer relationships in key markets.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to boost brand visibility and build partnerships with key industry players.
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop and manage engaging content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, reports) to establish Entrix as a thought leader.
  • Build a content hub with industry insights to fuel marketing efforts and inform communications.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials including presentations, case studies, and visuals that support the marketing and sales team.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Regularly track and analyze the performance of campaigns along the brand funnel to optimize marketing activities.

Your Profile

Mandatory requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally within the energy sector, with a proven track record of success in managing marketing efforts from strategy to execution.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Sharp eye for design and excellent storytelling skills, able to craft compelling narratives and marketing materials.
  • Content Expertise: Strong understanding of content marketing, with experience creating a variety of content types.
  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas in written and verbal form.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms, is a plus.

  • Energy Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the energy industry and markets is a strong plus.
  • Hands-On, Generalist Mindset: You’ve worn many hats in B2B marketing and content creation, and are comfortable taking on a variety of tasks.

I’m excited to share a little about myself and my journey. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business from the LMU Munich and a Master's from the University of Cologne with exchange at the National University of Singapore (MBA program). Most of my career I spent in consulting, focusing on brand, strategy, and innovation projects across various industries. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with different players in the energy sector, including E.ON, Bayernwerk (DSO), and BayWa r.e., and that’s when I really found my passion for the energy transition.

I was eager for a new challenge — something that would allow me to get even closer to the actual implementation side and be more hands-on with building a brand from the inside. That desire for impact, coupled with my interest in the dynamic environment of a young company, is what led me to Entrix. Being part of a mission-driven company that contributes to the energy transition feels both exciting and meaningful to me.

What has always fascinated me are strong brands, whether in B2C or B2B. I’m looking forward to sharpening the Entrix brand further, bringing it to life with innovative formats and strategies, and winning over the hearts and minds of customers.
