Summary
For the Finance & Controlling department “Airborne SIGINT” we are looking for a Finance Business Partner as Project Business Manager (f/m/d) at the Ulm location.
The Project Business Partner is responsible for the execution of all commercial tasks within the program / project including the performance of management and control tasks to achieve the program-specific business objectives.
Your Tasks

Comprehensive commercial support as part of a major national project

Commercial business partner for project managers and close coordination with the project core team (including PMO, contract manager, sourcing) and the supporting departments (controlling, accounting, price checking, treasury)

Preparation of quotation calculations (including target costing, target pricing) and the commercial part of the quotation

Responsible for proper commercial project execution with a focus on project controlling (including cost-to-completion / variance analysis), claim / waiver, risk and opportunity management

Developing proposals and initiating measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow

Responsible for invoicing and receivables management

Ensuring the accounting correctness of all bookings of the program / project with regard to IFRS15, HGB and national pricing and auditing requirements

Support with planning activities (operational planning, forecasts, tooling) and reporting
Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
-
Several years of experience in project controlling and commercial contract processing

Confident in working with SAP (SD / PS) and MS Office
-
Experience in public pricing law desirable

Analytical, flexible and goal-oriented way of working

Ability to work in a team, customer orientation and assertiveness

Business fluent in German and English
