Senior Manager Commercial Operations (m/f/d)

The Senior Manager Commercial Operations will take a leading role in driving efficiency across all our key commercial processes. From tender management to pricing to contract management this role is tasked with adopting best practice and latest technologies to support state of the art global sales operations.

This role has a global remit and will guide global sales, marketing and leadership teams in pricing, tender and contract management strategies.

Your Tasks
  • Define and implement processes for tender management, price management, and sales-related contracts, including contract monitoring and reporting needs.
  • Drive the adoption of new commercial technologies, as well as maximizing the impact of existing technologies (SFDC, SAP and Qlik) to increase efficiency and transparency
  • Prioritize and guide technical teams in the implementation of pricing-related IT system changes based on business use cases.
  • Lead the global pricing network to exchange best practices and develop price and offer strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and adapt global pricing strategies maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Drive transparency and visibility through development pricing analysis tools and dashboards
  • Optimize governance and processes to manage pricing structures

Your Profile
  • University degree in Business, Finance or STEM subject
  • Several years of experience in commercial process management, including tenders, contracting, and pricing. Consultancy backgrounds are also considered.
  • In-depth experience in pricing within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and other contract management tools
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide international teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong affinity for technology and software
  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus.
