QA Engineer Software Developer (m/f/d) at SEMDATEX GmbH

SEMDATEX GmbH is a leading provider of IT solutions in the healthcare sector and specializes in the development of telemedical applications, patient communication, and e-health networking. Our goal is to create digital care networks for our customers and to digitize clinical processes and cooperation across sectors and location boundaries.

For our software development team, we are looking for a full-time employee. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and the Project Manager and will be responsible for the development of our SaaS software in an international team.

• Participate in the development of new digital health applications in the field of e-health within a small, innovative team.
• Collaborate with an agile software development team.
• Work with modern software architectures in a microservice/cloud environment.
• Prepare test documentation.
• Use modern test automation technologies like Playwright, Selenide, etc.
• Improve the CI/CD process and handle test integration into it.

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable education.
• Several years of experience in test automation with the specified technologies.
• Knowledge of development technologies such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile apps with Flutter.
• Experience in testing methodologies, integration test automation tools like Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, LambdaTest, and quality assurance (QA) frameworks like QMetry.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions and Docker.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and relational databases is not required but will be part of the job.
• Certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (ICQE) would be a plus.
• IT security and monitoring knowledge would be a plus.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• German language skills are a plus.
