Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion
Provide technical guidance and ensure digital solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and company policies
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and manage stakeholder expectations
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement quality control measures to meet required standards
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Embrace a dynamic work environment and effectively handle unforeseen challenges
Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading digital projects, with a focus on web and mobile app development in enterprise environments
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Strong understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in handling dynamic project requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
