Veeva Vault Managed Operations Specialist - Germany

Stellenbeschreibung

Epista Life Science is a consultancy dedicated to continuously improving compliance and business in the Life Science industry. Epista has big ambitions for the future of Life Science, and we want you to be a part of it and help us achieve those goals.

We are a Veeva Preferred Service Partner and we’re looking for new colleagues to meet the booming growth in demand for Veeva specialist competencies. We are looking for experienced consultants with a successful track record with Veeva Vault and/or other Life Science data and content management platforms. Get in touch, we want to hear from you.

As a part of our highly skilled Managed Operations team, you’ll help our clients operate and improve their Veeva Vault platforms with specific focus on the Veeva Development Cloud Vaults:

  • Quality Suite
  • RIM Suite
  • Clinical Suite
  • LIMS
  • eTMF
  • Safety

The team, distributed across Denmark, Sweden, and Germany, serves local and international Life Science companies. On a typical day you might work with:

  • User access management
  • Incident/ticket management
  • Change management – both simple and complex (non-standard) changes
  • Release management - the 3 yearly releases from Veeva
  • Document/data migration
  • Periodic review

Due to the diversity of tasks, you must master many different competencies, such as technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and validation/compliance expertise.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of the platform and the companies you work with since you’ll be in direct contact with line of business (including business owners) and constantly be hands-on in the system.

On a daily basis, we make a difference for the end users, and continuously improve the way companies use Veeva Vault. We enable them to operate more efficiently and create better results for patients around the world.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience with Veeva Vault and other Life Science data and content management platforms.
  • You have experience with either Veeva Quality, RIM, Clinical, Safety and/or LIMS.
  • You have regulatory experience.
  • You have completed the Veeva Platform Configuration Trainings.

As a person, you are trustworthy, have a high level of situational awareness, and have a flair for communicating with very different personalities. This will make you a credible partner for Epista's clients. You are driven, result-oriented, and ambitious. You’re also comfortable working independently and can structure your own workday.

As an Epista Veeva Managed Operations consultant, you’ll be working at the intersection of business, compliance, and IT and will be a crucial part of helping our clients maintain their system post GO-LIVE. Much of your time will be spent with our clients - international pharma and fast-growing biotech companies.

As part of our highly skilled Epista Managed Operations team, you might:

  • Lead Business Process Analyses to clarify business needs before starting up a new system configuration change.
  • Guide customers through complex configuration decisions by facilitating structured offline working sessions, and advising on best practices
  • Act as interface to the assigned Veeva Customer Success Manager to ensure all business needs are met
  • Document Configuration Decisions and support in Configuration Verification and Testing activities
  • Inform and advice clients on upcoming features in releases and support in release management to maintain the Validated state of the system.
  • Create end user training material and step-by-step descriptions (Work Instruction, Job Aids, Help Sheets, etc.) to increase end user adoption
  • Moderate training sessions and guided system walk-throughs with end users to ensure a smooth transition into the operative phase
  • Participate as a Technical subject matter expert in an implementation project guiding the business in what is best practice in system configuration to meet business needs.
  • Organize project knowledge takeover by the Managed Operations and Support teams during the subsequent Hypercare Phase

We are only considering candidates who have the right to work in Germany and who speak German.

At Epista, we consistently work together to unlock each consultant’s potential to continuously improve. We pioneer new ways to stay in control of patient safety and product quality and question the status quo in everything we do.

Our unique team spirit makes a positive impact – on our team, our clients, and the Life Science industry. Here, you’re never alone. We all work together for everyone’s success. And each individual is strengthened by the knowledge of the group.

We’re proud to be Epista, for good reason. If you’re the cream of the crop, are you ready to join us?

Our colleagues in Germany are spread out all over, so most of your work will be remote with a few in-person meetings both internally and externally. But there is always the option to come to the main office in Villingen-Schwenningen. In addition, at Epista Germany we also offer:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Access to a business bike
  • Gas voucher
  • Virutal coffee breaks
  • Home office
  • Personal coaching to support your career development
  • Weekly fitness training with a professional coach

You are welcome to send your application in German.
