About the Program
Pathways is a three-year program designed to rapidly develop experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers. In this time your scope grows from leading approx. 100 up to 800 employees and managers. Members are highly visible to senior leadership through exclusive mentoring. They can change roles, sites, and geographies. Through intense and challenging opportunities in our operations network, we will expand your leadership capacity. The lessons you learn and the credibility you gain will set you up for accelerated career growth and future executive leadership opportunities at Amazon.

A day in the life
In this role you manage teams and processes in our Operations organization. You will start in our Fulfillment Centers in Kaiserslautern. Please expect to change the location during the course of the three year program.
