Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; a PhD is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or assay development, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, Biotechnology).

• Experience with various methods in molecular biology /assay technologies (e.g., PCR, digital PCR, NGS, Sanger sequencing, fragment analysis) is required.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong team and project management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for assay development.
• Coordinate resources and team members to ensure project goals are met on schedule.
• Prepare assay development documents (e.g. validation reports, SOPs).
• Collaborate with a dynamic and dedicated team in an innovative environment.
• Occasional travel to conferences, partner companies, or research sites may be required.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
• Consistent and predictable attendance is an essential function of the position. Role is on-site.
