Business Process and Project Management (BPPM)

You and your team are tasked with establishing a business environment, where processes are continuously improved, and projects are delivered with consistent excellence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Implement and operate an organizational wide Business Process Management framework with a strong focus on leveraging IT solutions

    Capture, visualize and document processes in close collaboration with internal experts while ensuring common understanding and compatibility via agreed-upon conventions in overall process structure (centralized process repository). Create transparency on workflows, responsibilities, and interfaces utilizing IT tools

    Design, coordinate and execute process optimizations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness

    Manage projects, including planning and coordination while ensuring alignment with objectives of business and technology

    Implement solutions and manage initiatives as a Process and Project Manager in cooperation with external and internal partners

    Initiate and control countermeasures in the event of any deviations from the project plan

    Keep track of further development of Process and Project Management tools and methods to manage and utilize their advancements

    Leverage technology capabilities, uncover synergies and identify best practices to generate value across the organization
