Summary
We are looking for a “Development Project Manager (f/m/d)” for the “IFF/COMMS Product Engineering” department at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.
The “IFF/COMMS Product Engineering” department is responsible for the development part of specific products / product lines.
Your Tasks

Analyzing customer requirements, including checking feasibility and deriving all product requirements, as well as developing an overall concept for solving product-related problems

Clarifying and defining the content of work steps and packages, preparing descriptions, estimating and calculating costs in detail, preparing internal offers including technical risk management
-
Defining milestones, creating work plans and schedules, coordinating overall planning
-
Organization of work processes, delegation of tasks including commissioning and integration of UAN, interface to the different areas such as HW design, software development, ILS, QA, program, airworthiness, security office

Controlling, monitoring and reporting the project status and project progress, recognizing and clarifying problems and initiating corrective measures, taking into account economic goals / specifications

Leading employees within the framework of objectives and tasks in international teams
Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
-
Experience in the field of Tactical Data Link

Experience in development in a military environment, knowledge of approvals, acceptances, dealing with authorities

Experience in the area of the complete product development process (HMS, Hensoldt Management System, V-Model)

Experience in team leading / AGIL Scrum project management
-
PM tool knowledge: MS-Project, Doors, Jira, SAP, MS-Office, MS-Teams

Organization and coordination skills as well as target management

Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English as well as knowledge of French advantageous
