The “Customer Service” is responsible for ensuring the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In our department, we lay the logistical foundations for a successful service business for Customer Services Optronics in the ILS phase. In the utilization phase (In-Service Support), we supply services and spare parts on the basis of service contracts in order to keep our customers' optronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

• Management of “Integrated Logistic Support” projects for optoelectronic systems of military land and air vehicles
• Technical management of interdisciplinary project teams (from the specialist areas of training, ILS engineering, technology, documentation)
• Creating service, logistics and maintenance concepts as well as strategies for optimizing costs throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Designing, coordinating, coordinating and prioritizing logistical delivery items (special tools, measuring and testing equipment, spare parts, training documents, spare parts catalogs, usage, maintenance and repair documentation)
• Ensuring the testability and maintainability of products and systems in the utilization phase
• Progress monitoring of internal and external work packages with ILS components
• Analyzing and evaluating service requirements in tenders and contracts
• Preparation of internal and external ILS offers
• Regular and responsible reporting and presentation of the ILS status to internal and external customers
• Participation in international status meetings and reviews

• Completed technical studies
• Many years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of ILS / LSA, MIL-STD-1388-2A / 2B, ASD S1000D, S2000M. S3000 and / or equivalent procedures
• Many years of experience as a technical project manager
• Experience in military maintenance and its logistics structures advantageous
• Experience in the preparation of service-relevant parts in technical offers
• Business management knowledge advantageous
• Ability to analyze design / construction documents and process them with regard to logistical issues
