Summary
For the "Customer Services IFF/TDL/Airboren & space radars" area, we are looking for a project manager at the Taufkirchen location at the earliest possible moment.
The department "Customer Services IFF/TDL/Airboren & space radars" belongs to the area "Customer Service" and is responsible for the ILS management (Integrated Logistics Support), i.e. for the production of the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products. At the same time, the department takes care of the subsequent care and customer support in the area of "ISS" (in-service support).
As ISS project manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring projects in the area of in-Service Support (ISS). They work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to requirements.
Your Tasks

Contact person*in for national and international customers for all product-relevant service topics such as spare parts supply, field service calls, repairs, refresher training courses

Creation of quotations

Negotiation and management of service contracts

Responsibility for compliance with external customer key figures such as repair turnaround times or internal key figures such as order intake, sales and margin

Coordination of internal and external teams as well as suppliers

Development of solutions for attractive service offers for our customers

Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes

Risk management and escalation of problems

Customer communication and management
Your Profile

Completed technical or business studies or comparable

Several years of experience in the international, possibly military, customer environment

Good Project Management Skills

Team skills and assertiveness

Fluent in German and English
