Description and Requirements



For our sales team, we are looking for a Hybrid Channel Account Manager (m/f/d) based in the South Germany region to expand structures and sales activities as soon as possible. In this role, you will independently be responsible for expanding business with existing business partners in a dedicated assigned area.


Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Maintain and expand business with existing business partners
  • Contact person for existing Lenovo business partners
  • Identify and qualify new customer projects
  • Present the Lenovo product portfolio considering individual customer requirements
  • Implement and manage development plans, incentive programs, and co-marketing plans with partners
  • Quarterly and activity planning with partners to optimize goal achievement
  • Document sales activities in the CRM system
  • Handle daily customer inquiries in collaboration with international Lenovo functions

What is required to be successful in this role:

  • Degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or similar education
  • Several years of professional and negotiation experience in sales
  • Solid sales and product knowledge
  • Industry know-how and knowledge of the IT channel
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing market situations
  • Customer-oriented, independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Team player with above-average commitment
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English and German
