Manager Wireless Business Communication (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Team Building and Development: Shape and develop our "Business Communication Wireless" team into a self-organized unit with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Leadership and Promotion: Take on disciplinary leadership and development of team members, fostering their professional, methodological, and personal growth.
• Budget Responsibility: Manage the program's development budget, including forecasting and adherence.
• Roadmap Coordination: Coordinate the program roadmap with the Product Owners of the Business Communication Unit and successfully implement it through products and solutions.
• Project Management: Define, initiate, and staff projects for the development of software, firmware, and hardware, including collaboration with partners.
• Status Reporting: Regularly report on the status and progress of various program activities (e.g., LCS, product maintenance, product discovery).
• Competence Assurance: Ensure the program team has the necessary skills and capacities to successfully implement the roadmap, promoting knowledge building and a customer-oriented perspective.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and teams, such as production, acoustic components, or wireless platforms and application software.
• Networking: Cooperate with other departments, program, and platform teams, e.g., in the area of "qualification standards" and Community of Practice(s).
