Brand Partnerships & License Manager (m/f/d)
These tasks await you in our team:
Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of a global Brand Partnership & Sponsoring strategy.
- You will identify and evaluate potential cooperation partners, create suitable business cases, and build sustainable business relationships.
- Together with the Brand Licensing Manager, you will negotiate and draft deal memos and contracts.
- You will manage and coordinate brand partnerships and sponsorships in alignment with the brand team.
- As an interface to the Sennheiser business units, you will ensure smooth processes and communication.
- You will define KPIs for our Brand Partnership & Sponsoring program and continuously monitor their development.
Brand Licensing
- You will support and drive the licensing business together with the Brand Licensing Manager.
- You will help manage and oversee licensing partnerships and moderate coordination meetings with license partners.
- You will manage projects arising from existing licensing partnerships and implement them successfully.
- You will search for new licensing categories and potential licensees to continuously expand our brand licensing program (Licensing-Out).
- In close collaboration with the communications and brand team, you will coordinate communication activities related to brand partnerships, sponsorships, and brand licensing on internal and external channels.
These qualifications you bring with you:
- You have a degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in brand partnerships and have already gained initial experience in brand licensing.
- You possess knowledge in brand management and marketing strategies.
- Your analytical skills for evaluating market trends and partnership performance are well-developed.
- You present yourself confidently and demonstrate negotiation and presentation skills.
- You work confidently and independently on projects and are well-versed in working with KPIs.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
