About the job
We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for develop and manage the agency network in Europe such as Spain, France, Italy and other relevant regions, support the customer's business expansion in these regions, to achieve better quality and economic efficiency. You should have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Order to maintain
?Harmonize the international department with cross-departmental business, such as domestic operation and sales, to ensure accurate, smooth and efficient communication and execution
?Contact customer coordination needed for import and export of various matters, such as documentation review all kinds of import and export licensing guide for coordinating pick up/delivery/taxes all involved in the logistics business matters according to company requirements, such as professional response to customer calls and answering email, standing in customer perspective and take the initiative to help customers solve various problems in the process of the actual logistics, etc
?Participates in coordination with cross-departmental businesses, such as domestic operations and finance, to ensure accurate, smooth and efficient communication and execution
?Strengthen the control of goods in communication with customers/agents/overseas agents/internal departments, deal with all kinds of emergencies flexibly and report to the leader in the first time while ensuring the safety of goods

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above and at least 4-5 years related working experience
?No limitation, major in business administration, logistics management, marketing is preferred
?Proficiency in ms Office and ability to drive independently is considered
?Good verbal and telephone communication skills customer oriented business service concept good English, Mandarin reading and writing and oral communication skills
?Communication methods and skills, teamwork and coordination
?Knowledge of marketing, data management and analysis
?Communication skills, organization and coordination ability affinity, meticulous and methodical work, strong ability to work under pressure
