Senior Manager Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (m/f/x)
The position is temporary for 2 years and full-time.
Your role
- DEI strategy and execution: You will craft and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy taking into account existing initiatives as well as the gender equality and diversity plan
- Change management: You identify necessary structural adaptations to anchor fair and equal access for all into our processes
- Consulting: You support and give guidance to managers in the integration of structural adaptations into their teams and processes
- Analytics: You establish and evaluate a sound set of metrics to measure success of the DEI strategy and initiatives
- Contact: You are the contact person for students with the aim to prevent and solve conflicts, also handling complaints
Your qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in DEI management, practical experience in an international, fast-growing work environment with a proven track record of success
- Proven project management skills with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and attention to detail
- Excellent skills and understanding of change management practices and communication, particularly during periods of growth or organizational transformation
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust, navigate diverse teams, and influence across all levels of an organization
- A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs of students and staff and address them before they arise
- A completed degree in social or communication studies or an equivalent qualification
- Additional qualification in systemic organizational consulting is a plus
- Excellent written and oral language skills in German (C1) and English
