Job Description
As a Software Project Manager, you will lead software projects for Clinical & Research Instruments, defining product visions, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with system goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, present progress to the Steering Committee, and contribute to strategic product planning. - You manage software projects for Clinical & Research Instruments, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- You define software product visions, concepts, and prioritize backlogs to meet committed feature scopes.
- You align software development with system goals and coordinate release plans with key stakeholders.
- You collaborate with internal users and external customers to pilot, launch, and continuously improve the software.
- As the voice of our Software Development Team, you present the development progress to the Steering Committee and align project roadmaps with other dependent software projects. You will also contribute to business segment analysis and strategic product planning.
Qualifications - You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
- Moreover, you look back on relevant professional experience as project manager, preferably in complex Software Development or IT projects.
- Looking back, you have several years of experience in software development and software architecture design.
- Project methodologies and frameworks are not just buzzwords for you. You are solution-oriented, proactive, organized, pragmatic, and prefer working in an international environment.
- You have several years of experience in technical and preferably personnel management. Your proficient language skills in English and preferably in German round up your profile.
