The Chair of Entrepreneurship and Management has a vacancy for
a full-time research assistant with the possibility for a PHD, initially
limited until 31.03.2027.

YOUR TASKS

» Research, including participation in and independent ad-

vancement of (empirical) research and publication projects in

co-author teams.

» Teaching, including independent teaching of classes and

conceptual development of entrepreneurship teaching for the

Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences.

» The opportunity for academic qualification (doctorate) is given

and expected.

YOUR PROFILE

» Degree in economics, business administration, business infor-

matics, or organizational/business psychology (or comparable

programmes) (with distinction)

» Interest in and experience with current entrepreneurship and

management research (e.g., entrepreneurship and well-being,

hybrid entrepreneurship, environmental innovations, strategic

and international alliances)

» Willingness to design and deliver courses (seminars and lectu-

res) and supervise theses

» Strong interest in empirical research; knowledge of quantitati-

ve- empirical methods and data analysis (e.g. Stata or SPSS) is

highly desirable

» Independent and self-reliant way of working, high resilience,

stamina, above-average motivation

» Flexibility, ability to work in a team, curiosity and willingness to

learn

» Very good written and spoken English skills
