The European University for Well-Being (EUniWell; www.
euniwell.eu) is a European University Alliance coordinated
by University of Cologne and funded by the EU under
ERASMUS+ since 2020. Our aims are to foster the well-
being of individuals, our communities and societies, and
the environment through excellent research, education,
and social engagement. University of Cologne is seeking
an experienced and committed Senior Dissemination and
Communication Manager (f/m/x) who coordinates and man-
ages the dissemination and communication activities of the
Alliance with a dedicated international team.

YOUR TASKS
» Establishment of advanced sustainable communication

and dissemination for EUniWell across member institu-
tions and into the public

» Conception and execution of innovative formats for
communication and dissemination for EUniWell

» Coordination and management of the tasks and
activities of the international EUniWell Communication
Team with the alliance member universities (project
and process management)

» Supporting and advising EUniWell leadership and
member universities on communication, dissemination,
and marketing of EUniWell (strategic and operational)

» Writing and revision of press releases, speeches, and
other formats for EUniWell leadership (esp. in English
and German)

» Monitoring and quality assurance of all EUniWell
activities in communication, dissemination, and
marketing (formats and contents)

» Establishment of processes for reporting on EUniWell’s
activities in communication, dissemination and market-
ing internally and externally

YOUR PROFILE
» Successfully completed MA degree (or equivalent) in

media and communication sciences or a related field
» minimum 5 years professional work experience in

communication, dissemination and marketing
» Expertise in modern project and process management
» Experience in managing a team and high team

orientation
» Professional skills in working in complex organisational

structures
» Excellent conceptualisation and communication skills

» Excellent English- and German skills in speech and
writing; knowledge of further languages of the alliance
are an asset

» Knowledge of the European higher education area
are an asset

» Work experience in international contexts is an asset
» Work experience with EU projects is an asset
» Identifying with the vision and mission of EUniWell
