Their products are being used by more than a million people in various businesses, including the upscale Accor hotel chain and the surf brand Rip Curl, as well as in rapidly expanding international companies like Novo Nordisk, Nexthink, and Michel&Augustin.
In the realm of stern management tools, they are driven by the conviction that software should not be grey, ugly or boring. That's why they focus on the design and user experience of our products.
In 2022, our Client celebrated its 20th anniversary and embarked on its internationalization journey by establishing subsidiaries in Barcelona and Geneva in 2022 and more recently the Munich office in 2024.
Your role
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to generate business leads for the German sales team and to build a strong ecosystem of tech partners in Germany as we have in other countries with a strong partnership ecosystem of 100+ tech partners.
Reporting to the Country Manager you will be in charge of :
Partners may include other SaaS technology providers, solution integrators, tax advisory associations, or HR consulting firms.
You will work closely with a global team managing partnerships at Lucca to align partnerships strategies. They will provide you with support, especially during the onboarding period.

Development of the Partner Network in Germany :
Management of the Partner Prospect Portfolio
Partner Network Engagement
Partner Relations

Requirements
Ideal profile
? Bachelor or Master degree in business development or related field.
? 1-2 years prior experience in a B2B sales role in the German market with a partnership mindset or key account management.
? Knowledge of the HR domain would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, we will teach you ;).
? Languages: German (C2), English (C1) and French would be a plus.
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
? Like to work in an international team and in a good mood.
? Team spirit and intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
