#Jobwithpurpose: In the role of a Business Development Manager (all genders), you serve as a crucial connection between Climedo and (potential new) clients, playing a significant role in the digitization of healthcare. By establishing long-term customer relationships, you play a key role in the rapid and sustainable growth of Climedo.

#Teamwithempathy: You work closely with our Sales Development Representatives, the Customer Success Team, and the Product Management. Your active involvement in product development is of great importance.
YOUR MISSION
  • You manage and develop the entire sales process independently - starting from the preparation and execution of discussions to the documentation in the CRM system and regular follow-ups.
  • You actively promote our growth by proactively addressing potential customers via email, phone, and in person.
  • You conduct regular research and analysis of customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities, proactively deriving strategies for new product features and services.
  • You assist in the development of the operational sales plan, considering the company's objectives.
  • You build sustainable customer relationships at the expert and management levels and continuously maintain them.
  • You ensure measurable success through an analytical approach that includes regular reports.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have more than 4 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales, encompassing expertise in clinical studies, and a background in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors.
  • Your communication, sales, and negotiation skills are outstanding. Your ambition, competitiveness, energy, and intrinsic motivation drive you to tackle challenges creatively and entrepreneurially.
  • You set clear goals and pursue them with an analytical, KPI-oriented mindset. Thanks to your technical affinity, quick grasp of concepts, and persuasive presentation skills, you are a competent and trustworthy partner for our prospects and customers.
  • Handling MS Office and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce poses no difficulties for you. Additionally, you are proficient in negotiating in both German and English.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
  • We offer you a gross fixed salary ranging from €50,000 to €90,000, plus an attractive variable component (performance-based commission).
