We are Una, a mission-driven company tackling the ever-increasing burden of metabolic disease.
We are combining the latest medical research, data science, bio-sensor technology, and human-centred design to enable sustainable behaviour change and improve health outcomes.
We are developing the first medical-grade, certified digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction using precision nutrition.
We are backed by excellent investors such as Atlantic Food Labs, Plug and Play, and DART Labs, and angels such as the founders of mySugr/9amHealth and Ada Health.
We are a fast-growing, remote-first team. You will join us at a hugely exciting time as we prepare to launch our solution, with opportunities to shape the direction of the company from when you start.
Tasks
You will play an instrumental part in Una's mission of providing targeted, sustainable, and accessible interventions for lifestyle change. Most importantly, you will be responsible for guiding patients towards successfully achieving their health goals. Specifically:
- You will be the first point of contact for patients during their Program.
- You'll orchestrate their care, liaising with technical, medical, and other teams to ensure smooth sailing throughout.
- You will collect their feedback and communicate it to product and medical teams to ensure continuous improvement of our solution, driven by patient and healthcare professional needs.
- You'll be the trusted advocate they can rely on.
- You will help develop our cutting-edge nutritional intervention, making sure it is relevant, evidence-based and accessible for our patients.
As the field is novel, there will be plenty of opportunity to innovate, experiment, and take ownership, all while having a front-row seat on how an early-stage digital health startup is built and grows.

If you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point from the list, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat.
