IC Home 24 - making a difference to patients in need of intensive care

Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care, ventilated and non-ventilated, with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.

In the residential communities we enable patients to live a self-determined life in an atmosphere like at home. The focus is on promoting independence and personal responsibility with the aim of offering the highest level of social and public participation, privacy and individual quality of life.

• Du führst Hygiene-Audits an allen Standorten bundesweit durch: in NRW, Bayern, Berlin, Offenbach und Radolfzell
• Das Erstellen und die standortspezifische Anpassung der Hygienepläne bereiten dir Freude
• Du stellst sicher, dass die in der Außerklinischen Intensivpflege geltenden Standards eingehalten werden und überprüfst diese verantwortungsvoll
• Die Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Hygienerichtlinien liegen dir
• Du besitzt eine analytische Denk- und Handlungsweise mit Talent für Organisation sowie Koordination
• Eine besondere Stärke ist dein Fachwissen im Hygienebereich und dieses teilst du gerne in Form von Anleitung und Vermittlung an Dritte
• Du lebst eine empathische Umgangsweise und bist teamfähig

• Du bringst eine Weiterbildung zur anerkannten Hygienebeauftragten in der Pflege / im Gesundheitswesen zwingend mit
• Wünschenswert wäre deine Qualifizierung als Hygienefachkraft („Fachkraft für Hygiene und Infektionsprävention“)
• Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Außerklinische Intensivpflege oder im stationären Bereich zeichnen dich aus
Du hast eine 3-jährige abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Gesundheitsberuf absolviert
