Summary
We are looking for a “Risk & Opportunity Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Ground-Based-Systems ISTAR Solutions” program area at the Oberkochen or Aalen location as soon as possible.
The “Ground Based-Systems ISTAR Solutions” division is responsible for handling national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects for networked sensor solutions for land vehicles and for complete solutions for land vehicles.
Your Tasks

Identification of technical, commercial and legal risks and opportunities on the basis of the customer contract and technical requirements documents in close cooperation with project management / Project Management Office (PMO) management and the specialist departments

Evaluation and prioritization of the identified risks
-
Definition of remedial and control measures including estimates of the impact on the project in terms of time and costs in close coordination with project / PMO management and the specialist departments

Implementation and monitoring / adjustment of data in the company's own RM tool
-
Monitoring and proactive follow-up in the implementation of the defined countermeasures

Writing clear, well-structured risk reports for management
-
Improving efficiency in the reduction or avoidance of risks
-
Collaboration with the process owners with regard to process optimization
Willingness to travel is required.
Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of economics or comparable
-
Several years of professional experience in risk management
-
Ideally certified further training in risk management at a renowned institute
-
Sound experience in the preparation of risk reviews and reports

Methodical way of working

Clear communication
-
Very good knowledge of MS Office
-
Ideally experienced in working with SAP
-
Written and spoken German and English (business fluent)
