In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen bei allgemeinen labororganisatorischen Aufgaben. Zudem agieren Sie als Backup für unseren Logistikspezialisten; in seiner Abwesenheit unterstützen Sie bei der Verwaltung des Lagers von der Bestellung bis zur Einlagerung von Waren (inklusive Chemikalien).

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine auf zuerst ein Jahr befristete Stelle. Bei gegenseitiger Zufriedenheit besteht die Möglichkeit auf eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis.

Zusammen mit Ihren KollegInnen sind Sie Teil eines unterstützenden Teams im Bereich „Laboratory and Production Services”. Wir stehen unseren Kunden bezüglich jegliche Labortätigkeiten, von der Logistik bis zur wissenschaftlichen Arbeit, stehts zur Seite.

Das bringen Sie mit

Ausbildung: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Assistent (w/m/d), Chemikant (w/m/d), Laborant (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung

Erfahrung:

• Erfahrung in der Laborarbeit, idealerweise unter Einhaltung von GMP o.Ä. Standards
• Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik wünschenswert
• SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Guter Umgang mit dem Microsoft-Office Paket
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Engagement, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind die Grundlagen deiner strukturierten kunden- und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben

• Herstellung von Puffern, Lösungen und Standards (u.a. nach GMP)
• Kalibrierung sowie Reinigung von Equipment und Laborgeräten
• Kontrolle, Nachbestellung und Lagermanagement von Labormaterialien
• Registrierung von Chemikalien und Führen von Gefahrstoffkatastern
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung für Studien
• Fachgerechte Entsorgung von Labormaterialien
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenmitarbeitern vor Ort zur Priorisierung und Optimierung der Tätigkeiten
