Your responsibilities - demanding

Build and maintain effective partnerships with medical experts and societies in the cardiothoracic field

Presentation of new publications, study data and therapy guidelines to medical professionals and other stakeholders

Co-creation, organization and moderation of roundtables, webinars and other events with scientific character

Support speakers in the preparation and implementation of lectures, and Marketing & Sales in medical-scientific matters

Provide therapy-related clinical training for field staff

Prepare scientific studies/literature for marketing and sales purposes

Answer medical-scientific customer inquiries

Medical and scientific observation of the field of activity and competition
Your qualification – versatile
-
Master degree in natural sciences, para-medical sciences or another relevant field
-
Several years (5+) of experience in medtech in customer-facing roles, medical affairs and medical communications or medical background with a strong track record of success; marketing & sales experience is an advantage

Ability to drive and implement clinical innovation by translating science into practic, proven track record in managing interdisciplinary projects

Growth-mindset paired with strategic thinking and pragmatic action

Very good communication skills and high social skills

Hands-on mentality with demonstrated ability to engage various stakeholders and achieve results

Business fluent in English and German is mandatory, French or Spanish would a plus
