Roles & Responsibilities
    • Manage sales and distribution through cross-channel and open-market channels.
    • Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
    • Marketing and encashing catchment areas
    • Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie-Ups to focus on Primary Markets
    • Responsible for Project approvals of Builders
    • Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
    • Liasoning with Internal teams for a business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
    • Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
    • Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

Pre-Requisites
    • Graduate with 2-6 years of experience in sales preferably in HFC or in NBFC.
    • Experience in recruiting and training sales teams and channel partners
    • Ability to liaison & follow up with external and internal stakeholders
    • Good written & verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of the local market of Thane
    • Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI etc.
