- Support the VP Finance: Act as a key advisor to the Finance VP, consolidating monthly reports and delivering clear, actionable insights across all local entities in the region.
- Prepare and present to NET&SEMA Management.: Conduct detailed financial analyses, develop business cases, and confidently present findings to senior leadership team.
- Drive regional projects: Lead or support finance-related projects and strategic initiatives within the region.
- Streamline reporting processes: Consolidate and standardize financial reports across multiple entities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Foster cross-regional collaboration: Collaborate with local finance teams, IT, and the Center of Scale to enhance processes and drive organizational alignment.
- Educational and professional background: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field, combined with strong experience in finance or controlling within an international environment.
- Strategic and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, develop actionable insights, and support decision-making at the executive level.
- Confident communicator: Skilled in preparing and presenting financial analyses and business cases to senior leadership and board members.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP systems (preferably S/4HANA), advanced Excel, and other financial tools.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures, teams, and regions in a dynamic international setting.
