Your mission with us

  • Work together with our Founders, Head of Revenue, and various other teams in the company on a day-to-day basis to revolutionize the logistics industry.
  • Serve our customers by advising them on the best fleet options for their use case, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Automate the process of renting commercial vehicles hands-on.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure Colonia Technologies remains a step ahead.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor in the use of our platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and support materials that highlight the value of Colonia Technologies.

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Master's degree or 1-2 years of professional work experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, ...)
  • Strong understanding of software and digital platforms, as well as the ability to automate processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business benefits
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, product, and marketing
  • Fluent in German and English
