IC Home 24 - making a difference to patients in need of intensive care

Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care, ventilated and non-ventilated, with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.

In the residential communities we enable patients to live a self-determined life in an atmosphere like at home. The focus is on promoting independence and personal responsibility with the aim of offering the highest level of social and public participation, privacy and individual quality of life.

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft, idealerweise ergänzt um Berufspraxis in der Beatmungspflege und der ambulanten Pflege.
• Als Pflegedienstleitung hast Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement oder eine Weiterbildung zur Leitung.
• Organisationstalent und Gestaltungsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und interprofessionelle Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Du besitzt ein gutes Kommunikationsgeschick und bist belastbar kombiniert mit einem freundlichen und verbindlichen Auftreten.
