What we expect

  • Setup the future Global High-Rise CSC structure in the first phase.
  • Program lead contains: Define process, way of working in Contract Engineering, Field Support, Supply Chain, Procurement where people will sit in different regions of the world.
  • Support the program to deliver in scope, on time, on budget.
  • Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
  • After the “Go-Live”: Run the CSC by engineering and supplying the products in a safe way, with the right quality, the right timing and cost targets to all the regions. Leading about 50-70 people worldwide.

Who we are looking for

  • Master degree in engineering or business administration
  • +15 years of experience in the elevator industry
  • Preferred working experience in different regions of the world
  • Proven experience in leading global teams
  • Extensive knowledge in Engineering and Supplying products to the Field
  • Track record in defining and implementing new organizational structures
  • Cross-regional / cultural management experience
  • Good communication and managerial skills
  • Fluent in English (Additional languages as German are preferred, not mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel (~30%) (worldwide)
