HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH We are looking for a “Service Operations Manager TRML-4D (f/m/d)” for the “Customer Services IFF / COMMS / ATC” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The “Customer Services IFF/COMMS/ATC” department is part of the Customer Services organization and is responsible for ILS management, i.e. ensuring the availability of the relevant HENSOLDT products and projects, and subsequently for in-service support (ISS) management towards customers.

• Contact person for the customer in all service matters with full responsibility for incoming orders, sales and margins
• The Service Operations Manager works hand in hand with Product Management and Engineering to identify customer needs and develop solution ideas
• Manage spare parts orders and repairs, field service operations, technical requests, refresher training courses, documentation updates and software maintenance/modification within the deadlines, costs and quality agreed with the customer
• Developing and improving concepts and processes for overall system repairs in-house and in potential service hubs
• Risk management

• Completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in customer services / project management
• Basic knowledge of radar
• Knowledge of military logistics, as well as structural and process organization
